How it works:

Once you contact one of our patient advocates, we assess your situation and determine the ways we can viably help you. Our contracts are based on your need, and we offer the following flexible contracting options:

• For those terminally ill or suffering from a chronic illness, our annual contract will cover each and every date throughout the year. If you have had previous dates of service that you need assistance with, this can be retroactively included in your contract as well.
• Semi-Annual contracts can be renewed at the end of each term.
• If you are having difficulty with only a few bills, our recommendation is to submit the claims to us for our free evaluation. After an initial review of the situation, we will then send you a proposed service progression plan based on the amount of time we predict it will take to resolve your specific issue.

We can also help you gather your past records from previous physicians.

Keep in mind: If your medical provider is already contracted with us to provide this Patient Advocacy service, there is no fee due from you for our services!
